Acne Care on The Limelight

Many skin experts have come up with their own theories that contradict each other especially on what mainly causes of acne. Acne care must be directed towards prevention of acne if one has not suffered a breakout before and also after one has successfully treated acne. If you have never been plagued by this disorder, you must not count yourself fortunate because as long as you continue living you can not be sure what the upcoming days will bring. You need to protect your skin as much as possible from exposure to factors that result to acne.

Although it is rare not to expect at least a pimple on your skin at some point in your life, some of them will be because of upheaval of normal hormonal balance. Change of diet and environment will also cause this and this is inevitable .Nonetheless after you get back to the usual you, then a fair and beautiful skin is restored. Others will tend to be caused by more permanent causes such as the bacteria that thrive on our skin, when they are infuriated and they multiply to uncontrollable numbers. Overproduction of sebum from our sebaceous glands will be a rare opportunity for these brassy tiny things that will then provide abundant food to them.

The point is, if you intend to embark on a serious acne care plan, you must know exactly what causes it on your specific case. This answer can only be found under the safe custody of your dermatologist. After knowing the type of your skin, then select the corresponding, solution from the variety of choices at your disposal. You could also make up your mind to treat acne using the products found in the market that either work by reducing sebum production, slaying the bacteria or shedding the dead cells.

Alternatively, you could turn to home remedies for acne care. The best thing with these is the fact that they have few side effects not to mention the fact that they are easily affordable and available. Some of these home remedies you could use to take care of your skin include putting toothpaste on your pimple before you go to bed, should help decrease swelling overnight. Wash your face twice a day in warm salty water. This should leave your face oil free without infuriating the acne. Apply a paste of fresh methi leaves over the face every night for ten to fifteen minutes and washed with warm water. This will prevent acne, pimples, blackheads, and wrinkles.

Nice blog.Well, try using toothpaste on the affected area and leave for some time. After it dries, remove it carefully. Now, put alcohol in the area through a cotton cloth. This will result in the evacuation of pus cells. The method can be used for exfoliation of the skin as well.
