Tips:
- Start good habits early by hydrating your skin daily with a moisturizer containing SPF (sun protection factor) of at least 15.
- Washing your face, particularly with hot water, strips it of its natural oils. Be sure to use a gentle, moisturizing cleanser instead of soap, and follow up with a light moisturizer.
- Avoid sun exposure, keeping in mind that damage from the sun now will turn up later in the form of sunspots and wrinkles.
